Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The file is in Microsoft Word format.
- Font: Times New Roman; Font Size: 12 pt.; Text alignment: Justified; Line Spacing: 1.5; Citation: Harvard (please reference according to the information provided on our website); Formatting: APA; Articles shall at least contain 5.000 words and not exceed 8.000 words; Figures must be numbered accordingly; A list of references is to be included at the end of the article; References are not to be included in the word count; Abstract in the language of the article (100-200 words) is to be added after the table of contents; 3-5 keywords about the article's content are to be added to the abstract; Pages are to be numbered beginning on page three; Numbers are to be written out from one to twelve
- Please submit your contribution once without personal information (surname, first name, email address, university, etc.) and once with personal information and name the files accordingly.
- The article has not been published elsewhere yet and is currently not being considered for publication in another journal
While there are no prohibitions on the use of AI as a whole, the YJEA request sall authors to complete a declaration of AI usage as part of their submission. This statement should highlight to what extent AI was used. The author is responsible for their own work and the submission must represent the author’s own intellectual work, with all sources properly cited.
